Our residents love to go beyond the walls of the centres and explore Edmonton and the activities in the community.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of events that help raise funds to bring the comforts of care to our residents.

Each of our centres hosts various fundraisers, ranging from raffles to silent auctions and events. These are designed to support the centre’s specific needs and are open to residents, families, and our supporting community.
Some of our hugely successful centre fundraisers include Giant Bingo, Fun Casino Night, Mardi Gras, High Tea, Ladies Night, and Exclusive Movie Nights. Centre committees are formed to organize the events with help from staff, residents, families, and volunteers. The support and enthusiasm of these committees are what make these events possible.
Upcoming events will be highlighted on the website and with families through the centre newsletter.
Our raffles support our residents and quality-of-life programming. Our most popular raffles are at Christmas, in the spring, and before our Charity Golf Classic and Feast on the Field. These raffles highlight donors who provide us with amazing prizes that can be won.
The funds from these raffles support specific projects and work at our centres. This is an easy way to provide your support for such a great cause. Sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on when these raffles occur and secure your chance to win.
Twice a year, we volunteer for a casino through Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC). This event requires more than 40 volunteers over two days and results in a significant amount of funds to support projects and programs in our high-needs categories.
Shifts are days and nights, and we’re always looking for people to help at the next casino opportunity we have. To volunteer for the next casino, fill out the form below.
Our causes help our residents achieve a fulfilling quality of life.
